The breakfast had a wonderful variety, with eggs made fresh on request, and I enjoyed relaxing by the pool under the sun.

The noise from nearby streets could be bothersome at times, particularly for light sleepers. The bathroom lighting was insufficient for proper grooming, disappointing.

Hip new hotel in a local area just off the decent local restaurant at the corner as well as the beach, shops and reataurants. New-fashioned and airy room, exceptional staff always at service. An adjoining terrace, a mini bar, and a balcony were convenient. Honestly no complains at all...

the idea to include coffee/tea making facilities and fridges in the family room was nice.

The facilities were amazing, especially the large pool for a refreshing swim. I enjoyed the massage at the spa for just 72,000 rupies. Breakfast had a great variety, from local dishes to pastries. The rooms were spacious with comfy beds, and the staff were nice. A fantastic stay ☀️

The hotel's position was good in close proximity to bars and restaurants.

The staff were poorly trained, didn't expect that coming.

There were a very good air-conditioner and a balcony in the room, really enjoyed that. The staff team was very helpful and hospitable. Location: the hotel was very close to the beach and all the nice restaurants as well as shops and restaurants. Sanur Beach district was worth staying in.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to the beach and downtown shopping. The staff were friendly, we had everything we needed and the buffet breakfast offered a wide range of delicious options, including fresh fruits and made-to-order eggs.

On a couple of occasions, the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, making it challenging to stay connected.

The cleanliness in some areas left much to be desired. The floors felt grimy!!! Room configuration needs clarity, as the bed was two pushed-together instead of a genuine king-size!!! Towels seemed worn out and lacked freshness!!!

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the air conditioning worked perfectly and the daily transport to the nearby supermarket was very convenient.

Loved the spacious balcony and found the pool area super chill! Reminded me of family, especially when they helped find my daughter's earrings.

I had a lovely stay, especially enjoying the serene poolside layout and the complimentary cultural activities that added a special touch to my Balinese experience, but the breakfast lacked variety.

Traffic noise can be an issue, but the friendly atmosphere is good and the spacious rooms impress.

I stayed in the Junior Suite with Pool View, and it was super spacious with the best bed ever! Seriously, I've traveled a lot, and this bed was amazing. The balcony was a nice touch, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Cleaning was great too. BUT, there was some traffic noise at times, a bit annoying. Great room, just a little noisy outside.

The rooms here are well-kept and luxurious, with a balcony and ample space, while the variety and quality of the food served is exceptional.
